The Beaver Lodge

"The Beaver Lodge" is located right next to an actual beaver lodge – you might even spot a beaver swimming underneath your tent! This floating tent is nestled by the water’s edge on the west side of the lake, surrounded by the peaceful nature of Southern Norway.

Practical info:

• Parking: In the curve by the sign for The Beaver Lodge.
• Toilet and shower: Available at the farm in the black building, approximately 300 meters from the parking area, near Havreselandsveien 95.

  Grill Cabin and Equipment

  A shared grill cabin is available for all tents, where guests can gather around the fire. Boats are also provided to explore the lake. Don’t forget to bring a life jacket and fishing rod to try your luck with trout fishing – perhaps you’ll catch dinner for the campfire!

  What to bring:

  • Regular camping equipment, except for a tent and sleeping pad.
  • Remember a life jacket, fishing rod, and sleeping bag.

  Additional info:

  • The lake has excellent trout fishing, and all guests are welcome to fish.
  • The grill cabin and boats are shared among all guests.
