Directions from Konsmo (Spar store) up to The Fairytale Castle
On google you can enter havreselandsveien 95, 4525 Konsmo
• From Konsmo center drive south on Fv460 for 3.5 km
• Turn right towards Havreseland for 0.9 km
• Turn right towards NR 95 for 1.5 km
• Turn left at the sign Wilderness Tower
After 200 meters you turn up a steep hill to the left, then you are at the castle

Cancellation
If you presumably have to cancel or cancel your stay, the following rules apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival - 90% refund
Cancellation from 5 - 30 days before arrival - 50% refund
Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival - No refund
Vipps or PayPal fees are non-refundable.
Check with your travel insurance if the cancellation gives you any rights.
For gift cards, cancellation rules only apply if you have chosen dates for your stay.

Dog and leash
It is allowed to bring the dog to The fairytale castle, but it is important that it is well behaved and does not get up on the sofa or beds.
NB - There is a restraint all year round because we want wild animals near the cabin.
Brannfaren
Vær meget forsiktig med ilden og vær nøye med å slukke alle stearinlys før du sovner eller forlater hytta. Hytta er utstyrt med røykvarsler. Det kan brennes bål på bålplassen med forsiktighet hele året, men all bruk av ild er forbudt når det er skogbrannfare. Spør oss om dette ved ankomst.
Koketopp er gassdrevet og har meget høy grad av sikkerhet. Skulle de oppstå gasslekkasjer eller mistenkelig lukt av gass ber vi om at du kopler fra gassflasken og kontakter oss. Det er også en gassalarm som vil gå dersom det oppstår lekkasjer.
Take care of vegetation and nature
We want to preserve the vegetation under and around the cabins, it is therefore important that everyone uses existing paths and campfire space. Please do not cut twigs or cut trees around the cottage.
What do you need to bring to The Fairytale Castle?
- Life jacket if you want to use a boat or canoe
- Footwear, preferably boots
- Good food and drink
- Ski or snowshoes in winter
- Any fishing equipment
Last but not least
In the cabin book you will find practical information about Øy-Hytta. Anything else you are wondering about just call us. Please clean up after yourself, and otherwise leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived.
